Directions from Dublin Airport are as follows:

Take the M50 south from the airport, then take the N3 West.
You will go through Navan, Kells , Virginia on to Cavan Town. On the outskirts of Cavan town you will come to a large round-about. Take the Enniskillen exit. This will take you to Belturbet. Drive through Belturbet to a large round -about outside the town. Take the first exit going towards Ballyconnell, N87,(Slieve Russell Hotel ).Go through Ballyconnell to Bawnboy, Lake Avenue House is signed from the village.

Directions from Belfast are as follows:

Take M1 south until you come to Ballygawley roundabout. Exit for Enniskillen. Go through towns of Clogher, Augher and Fivemiletown. After Fivemiletown go approximately 4 miles until you see exit on left for Maguiresbridge. Exit for Maguiresbridge and follow route to Lisnaskea. When you get into the centre of the town of Lisnaskea go right to Derrylin. On the outskirts of Derrylin you will see sign for Ballyconnell to your left. Follow road to Ballyconnell. In the Ballyconnell town centre (4 way junction) go right to Bawnboy Village. Lake Avenue House is signed from the village.

Directions from Bawnboy Village are as follows:

At the petrol pumps in Bawnboy go left up the hill. Follow that road approx. three quarters of a mile the road will fork, keep left. Go approx. 1 mile watch out for signs on your left, St. Peters Church, Lake Avenue House. Take that road to your right.
